About the Show

Where can I see Bing Live?
Bing Live is on tour right now visiting theatres all over the UK. The show will only be in each theatre for a few days, so if you want to go-go-go-go-gooooo don’t miss it… book now before it’s too late! Take a look at our venue list and dates here.

How long is Bing Live?
The show is about 75 minutes long, which includes a 15 minute interval half-way through. So there’s plenty of time to catch the toilet train and eat a yummy-delicious snack!

How are the characters recreated in Bing Live?
Bing, Flop and all their friends are recreated by puppets during the show. You can watch our trailer here!

Is Bing Live suitable for very young children?
The show is suitable for Bingsters of any age. Parents tell us that children of all ages enjoy the show. If your child enjoys the TV show, then they’ll love the live show too! If you’d like feedback from other parents please take a look at the Parents’ Reviews here.

Are all the main characters in Bing Live?
Bing, Flop, Sula, Amma, Pando and Coco all appear in the live show!

Can I take photos during Bing Live?
It’s fine to take photos during the show, but please switch the flash off on phones and cameras. Flashes can be very distracting to the performers and other audience members. If you’re not sure how to do this, please take a few moments to check before you leave home.

Is Bing Live autism friendly?
We work hard to ensure that all of our performances are accessible as possible, and whilst there won’t be any specific autism friendly performances, all the shows will be presented in a relaxed style, with families free to come and go as they need to during the show.

There will be no sudden changes in lighting or volume, and audience participation is encouraged during the show.

Seating options will vary from venue to venue, do feel free to get in touch with us if you need more info.

About your booking

What are Child tickets?
Lower-priced Child tickets are available when you book your tickets: simply click on the drop-down after you’ve selected your seats. Every venue has a different age range for Child tickets, so please check this carefully when selecting your tickets. Some venues will need to know if you’re bringing a child under the lower age limit, so please check the venue information on our website if you’re planning to bring a baby. If you’re not sure, please do get in touch with us and we’ll help!

Can I change my tickets to another performance?
We know that plans can quickly change when you have a young family, so we’ll always try our best to help if you need to exchange your tickets to another performance. Every venue has a different exchange policy, so to find out if we can help you, please call our customer service team on 0330 058 1585. We’re available from 9am-6pm Mon-Fri and 9am-5pm weekends and bank holidays.

When will I receive my postal tickets?
If you’ve chosen and paid for postal tickets when booking, your tickets will be posted out on the next working day by 2nd Class Royal Mail post. So please allow 3-4 working days for your tickets to arrive. If you have any questions or need help, please contact us.

Do I need to print my e-ticket?
You should receive an email shortly after booking with a link to download your e-ticket. You must print out the tickets before you come to see the show. Please contact us if you don’t receive your email and we can help you with this!
